Sergio Gertie selected to lead Teatro Auditorium auction

Sergio Marcelo Gertie has been designated as the primary auctioneer for the upcoming sale of the Teatro Auditorium, located within the Complejo Casino in Necochea. The decision was made through a public lottery held at the Municipal Acts Hall, attended by Mayor Arturo Rojas and representatives from the College of Auctioneers and the College of Notaries.

Samanta Lucía Rumi was named as the substitute auctioneer. The lottery process involved 21 registered professionals and was conducted in accordance with local ordinance No. 12.009/25 to ensure transparency in the sale of the historic building.

Following the selection, Gertie noted the symbolic importance of the task, given the building's historical significance to the city. The next steps involve reviewing the official files and ordinances to proceed with the auction process, which the Mayor described as a key step in the recovery of the Casino Complex.
