Sergio Lapegüe discusses son's departure for Harvard University

Argentine journalist and América TV host Sergio Lapegüe has shared his emotional reaction to his son, Franco Elvis Lapegüe, moving to the United States to study at Harvard University.

During an interview with Luis Novaresio on A24, Lapegüe described experiencing “empty nest syndrome,” noting the difficulty of adjusting to his son's absence from their daily routines, such as walking and going to the gym together. He expressed immense pride in his son's achievement, revealing that Franco had kept his intensive study sessions and application process a secret until he successfully applied to the university.

Franco, a 28-year-old who maintains a relatively low media profile compared to his family, is pursuing this academic opportunity following his studies in Argentina.
