Sergio Massa signals Peronist unity at Rosario event

Former Economy Minister Sergio Massa made a public appearance in Rosario to support National Deputy Diego Giuliano during the presentation of his book, ‘La Santa Fe que viene’. The event, held at the Hotel Ariston, served as a significant political gathering for various sectors of Peronism in Santa Fe, signaling potential political alignments ahead of the 2027 elections.

Massa, who occupied a front-row seat, emphasized the importance of political cohesion, stating, “Unity is the most important thing.” His presence was seen as a gesture of support for Giuliano, whose book discusses constitutional reform and the future of the province. The gathering included several prominent Peronist figures, such as Germán Martínez, Marcelo Lewandowski, and Juan Monteverde, though the sector associated with former Governor Omar Perotti was notably absent.

The event highlighted growing internal movements within the Peronist movement as leaders begin to position themselves for future electoral cycles, including potential candidacies for the governorship of Santa Fe.
