Sergio Massa seeks digital electoral model inspired by Lula

Argentine politician Sergio Massa is reportedly attempting to replicate the electoral comeback of Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva by developing a digital political apparatus. This strategy aims to build an anti-Milei front for the 2027 elections through a digital presence, shifting focus from traditional political organizers to virtual influencers.

As part of this effort, André Janones, a digital strategist associated with Lula, recently met in Buenos Aires with both Sergio Massa and Cristina Kirchner. Additionally, members of the Frente Renovador have been participating in virtual training sessions with Esther Solano, a Spanish sociologist and public opinion expert based in Brazil, to study the digital tactics used during Lula’s successful campaign.
