Sergiu Meseșan operates illegal drone academy in Cluj

Sergiu Bogdan Meseșan, also known as ‘Getotac’, is operating an unauthorized drone training academy in an abandoned warehouse in Cluj, Romania. Meseșan, who previously served three years in prison in Sweden for aggravated bank fraud, charges students 500 euros for courses that conclude with certificates possessing no legal validity.

Investigations revealed that Meseșan’s company, RBG Tactical SRL, is registered under the CAEN code for ‘business and management consultancy’ rather than aeronautical training. The Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority has stated that neither Meseșan nor his company holds the necessary authorizations, operational permits, or approvals required to conduct training activities or issue recognized certificates.
