Serik, Antalya: Man attacked with sticks by group of five

In the Serik district of Antalya, a man named Musa Şahbaz was reportedly attacked with sticks by a group of five individuals, including several of his relatives. The incident occurred on Turgut Özal Street in the Kadriye neighborhood.

The conflict reportedly began around September 2, when Şahbaz warned his relatives about noise and alcohol consumption late at night in front of his home. On September 12, Şahbaz went to his relatives' place of business to speak with them, where he was allegedly ambushed. Security camera footage shows a group chasing Şahbaz and beating him after he was knocked to the ground.

Şahbaz sustained significant injuries, including a broken rib, a lacerated chin requiring five stitches, and various bruises on his head and legs. While he initially did not file a complaint due to shock, he has since filed a criminal complaint through his lawyer with the Manavgat Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, requesting that the suspects be detained for attempted intentional murder.
