Serpent River man charged with operating vehicle while prohibited

A 34-year-old man from Serpent River, Peter Squiers, has been charged with operating a vehicle while prohibited. The charge follows a RIDE check conducted by the Ontario Provincial Police at the intersection of Village Road and Walkhouse Bay Road in Serpent River First Nation last Saturday.

Squiers is scheduled to appear in court in Elliot Lake on November 8.
