The Serra property, a 903-hectare (2,233-acre) farm located east of the Grampians near Willaura, Victoria, is scheduled for public auction on Friday, October 23, at 11:00 am. The auction will be held at the offices of Groves Real Estate in Hamilton, unless the property is sold beforehand.

Described as a highly productive, high-rainfall property, Serra is suitable for large-scale hay production, high-rainfall cropping, and livestock breeding or fattening. The land features fertile volcanic soils and an average annual rainfall of approximately 550mm.
