Serra to receive new gated community with 498 lots

Lotes CBL and Soma have announced the launch of Viva Juara, the first gated community of lots developed by these companies in the municipality of Serra. The project features 498 plots, with areas starting from 250 square meters, distributed across 18 blocks.

Located near Lagoa Juara and Shopping Montserrat, the development offers views of Mestre Álvaro and provides access to major regional routes, including the ES-010, BR-101, and the Contorno de Jacaraípe. The community is designed with controlled access via a gatehouse to ensure security and privacy.

The infrastructure includes various leisure and social spaces, such as adult and children's swimming pools, three gourmet areas with barbecues, a pub-style gourmet space, a bar, and an event lounge. Additional amenities consist of a gym, a society football field, two beach tennis courts, a walking track, four playgrounds, two pet spaces, and a dedicated area for an autonomous market.
