Serras Collection opens luxury five-star hotel in Seville

Serras Collection has opened Serras Sevilla, a new five-star grand luxury hotel located on Avenida de la Constitución in Seville, Spain. Situated directly across from the Seville Cathedral and the Giralda, the hotel occupies three rehabilitated historical buildings. These include two neo-Baroque structures designed by José Espiau between 1913 and 1915, and the former residence of the Marquis of Villamarta, designed by Aníbal González.

The project involved six years of rehabilitation and an investment of 43 million euros. The design aims to integrate original architectural elements with contemporary luxury, featuring interior design by Eva Martínez that incorporates traditional Sevillian artisanal references.

This marks the fourth establishment for the Serras Collection, which was founded in 2015. The group, led by Jordi Serra Burgés, currently operates properties in Barcelona, Andorra, and Casa Serras. The company is reportedly exploring further expansion opportunities in destinations such as Madrid, San Sebastián, Palma de Mallorca, and Córdoba.
