Serres EFKA building: Old radiological equipment removed

Old radiological equipment has been removed from the EFKA building in Serres, Greece. The removal, which took place on Thursday, October 22, 2026, follows two and a half years of systematic interventions by the local branch of the ADEEDY union.

The removal of the unused machines from the Serres Health Center, located within the EFKA (formerly IKA) building, is expected to improve working conditions for employees by providing vital workspace and reducing congestion. The freed space will also allow for the creation of new office areas to better serve citizens.
