SERUNI Kabinet Merah Putih promotes women's empowerment in Gorontalo

The Solidaritas Perempuan untuk Indonesia (SERUNI) Kabinet Merah Putih has engaged in activities in Gorontalo focused on women's empowerment and migrant worker preparation.

During a socialization event organized by the Ministry of Migrant Worker Protection (KemenP2MI), Selvi Gibran Rakabuming highlighted the importance of the SISKOMP2MI computerization system. The application allows students to research overseas job opportunities, destination countries, and necessary requirements. The initiative aims to help youth plan their careers early, emphasizing the need for language skills and awareness of safe, credible placement channels.

Additionally, SERUNI met with the Gorontalo Provincial TP PKK, led by Nani Ismail Mokodongan, to discuss strengthening family economies and improving maternal and child health. The collaboration seeks to synergize programs between SERUNI and local government to support women's strategic roles in building family resilience through economic empowerment and health education.
