Romania experiences transport and water service disruptions

Various regions in Romania are experiencing service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance, public events, and infrastructure repairs.

In Piatra-Neamț, the Tour of Romania cycling event will cause significant changes to the STPN bus network between September 9 and 11. This includes temporary diversions in the Ștefan cel Mare Square area and a total suspension of public transport services on September 10 from 14:00 to 15:30.

In Bucharest, bus lines 385 and N101 will face route modifications near Unirii Square due to the “Masa care unește 2026” event. Additionally, lines 63 and 385 will be diverted on September 11 to accommodate Firefighters' Day celebrations on Calea 13 Septembrie.

Water supply interruptions have been announced for several areas. Pitești residents in the North zone will lose water on September 10 for network repairs. In Constanța County, the localities of Murfatlar, Poarta Albă, and Galeșu will face water outages on September 11 due to electrical maintenance at the Murfatlar water source. Other localized water disruptions were reported in Bacău and Dărmănești.
