ServiceNow and Nutanix expand digital and AI capabilities in Saudi Arabia

ServiceNow and Aramco Digital have entered a strategic collaboration to drive AI-powered enterprise transformation across the Aramco ecosystem. The partnership aims to modernize business operations, improve governance, and enhance digital efficiency across a global network. Aramco Digital will utilize the ServiceNow AI Platform to standardize and govern operations across its affiliates, subsidiaries, and joint ventures, focusing on intelligent automation, customer experience enhancement, and the standardization of shared services.

In a separate development regarding cloud infrastructure in the region, Nutanix has announced the availability of Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) on Google Cloud in the Dammam region of Saudi Arabia. This move supports digital transformation initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 by allowing organizations to extend on-premises environments to Google Cloud. The integration provides greater flexibility for application migration, disaster recovery, and workload modernization while addressing local data residency and regulatory requirements.
