ServiceNow expands AI-driven security and IT helpdesk partnerships with Accenture and NinjaOne
ServiceNow and Accenture announced a joint offering that combines managed security services on the ServiceNow AI Platform with an Accenture solution that automates migration from legacy cybersecurity systems. The partnership targets the high cost of data breaches in the United States, now averaging $10.22 million per incident, and the accelerating speed of exploitation driven by AI. Rex Thexton, Accenture Cybersecurity CTO, said the collaboration will help firms modernize risk operations, while ServiceNow’s Lou Fiorello highlighted the shift toward autonomous security operations.
Separately, NinjaOne revealed an integration with ServiceNow that pushes real‑time endpoint data into ServiceNow’s service management tools. The link enables automatic asset updates, incident creation, and direct device management from a single console, improving visibility for the company’s more than 40,000 customers in over 140 countries. NinjaOne’s chief product officer Rahul Hirani and ServiceNow’s Alix Douglas noted that the integration reduces manual updates and speeds IT support, strengthening proactive help‑desk workflows.
