ServiceNow partners with Hitachi, shares edge up

ServiceNow announced a collaboration with Hitachi Digital Services to launch Hitachi Intelligent Infrastructure Monitoring (HIIM), an AI‑driven solution for real‑time monitoring and remote inspection that will integrate with the ServiceNow platform. The partnership was disclosed in a joint press release, though financial terms were not disclosed. Following the announcement, ServiceNow stock rose about 1% in trading.

Separately, institutional investor Stephens Inc. AR increased its holding in ServiceNow by 42.7% during the first quarter, acquiring 13,026 additional shares for a total of 43,503 shares valued at roughly $4.55 million. Several other advisory firms also modestly raised their stakes, reflecting continued investor interest in the software‑as‑a‑service provider.
