ServiceNow teams with Phenom and Inspira to expand AI hiring and enterprise governance

ServiceNow announced two new partnerships to broaden its AI‑driven capabilities. Phenom will embed its recruiting‑focused AI agents into the ServiceNow platform, letting hiring managers create job requisitions, source candidates and conduct screening within a single workflow while preserving compliance controls. The integration, built on A2A and MCP standards, will be offered through the ServiceNow Store this summer. ServiceNow executive John Phillips said, “Our customers want AI in one place.”

In a separate deal, Inspira Enterprise became a trusted delivery partner for the full ServiceNow suite. Inspira has deployed ServiceNow’s AICT governance layer across more than 50 AI agents spanning identity, security and risk management, reporting a 40% rise in AI adoption and a 35% boost in productivity. The partnership leverages ServiceNow’s recent acquisitions of Veza and Armis, offering pre‑built use cases and a centralized AI governance framework for enterprises worldwide. Inspira founder Prakash Jain called the move a “strategic leap” toward enterprise intelligence and control.
