Servicio de Protección Federal hires guards in Veracruz, 13,000‑peso pay

The Federal Protection Service (Servicio de Protección Federal, SPF) announced a recruitment drive for intramural security guards in Veracruz. Selection sessions are scheduled for July 30‑31 at the Casa Museo Salvador Díaz Mirón in the historic centre of the city.

The call is open to men and women aged 18‑65 from across Mexico, offering a fixed salary of 13,000 pesos plus legal benefits. Minimum requirements include completed secondary education, a height of at least 1.50 m for women or 1.60 m for men, and willingness to relocate. Applicants must bring original and copies of birth certificate, school certificate, recent proof of address, official ID, military card (men), résumé, tax status, CURP and personal references. A criminal‑record certificate is not required at this stage but will be requested later. Police officer Miguel Ángel Ramírez, the SPF representative for the region, confirmed the details.
