Servicios de Agua y Drenaje de Monterrey addressed 20,000 reports in September

Servicios de Agua y Drenaje de Monterrey (AyD) reported attending to approximately 20,000 service requests during September in the Monterrey metropolitan area and the periphery of Nuevo León.

Of these reports, 9,001 were related to potable water, primarily involving leaks in sidewalks, meters, and public streets. Additionally, the agency addressed 10,891 incidents concerning the sanitary sewage network, mostly due to obstructions in residential pipes and clogged street drains. Director General Eduardo Ortegón Williamson stated that operational crews are working continuously to maintain the distribution and sewage networks to ensure better service for citizens.
