SES and Genflow Biosciences announce corporate updates

SES has announced a cash tender offer for its outstanding €500,000,000 0.875 per cent Guaranteed Notes due November 4, 2027. The notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by SES Americom, Inc. and were issued under a Euro Medium Term Note Programme that was recently upsized to €5,500,000,000.

Genflow Biosciences PLC has released its half-year financial results for the period ending June 30, 2026. The company reported the successful completion of its SLAB clinical trial, which tested its GF-1004 naked DNA construct in aged Beagle dogs. This trial is intended to validate the company’s SIRT6 centenarian platform for both human and animal health applications.
