Sesame Cup Bulgaria draw scheduled for September 23

The draw for the Sesame Cup Bulgaria will take place on September 23 at 18:00 in the Shakespeare Hall of the Grand Hotel Millennium in Sofia. The event will determine the matchups for the second round of the preliminary phase and the first round of the final phase (Round of 32).

In the second preliminary round, 36 teams will participate, consisting of 16 teams from the Second League and 20 amateur teams. These teams are divided into two pots: the Second League teams in the first pot and amateur teams in the second. The draw will establish 18 pairings, with the amateur teams serving as hosts. Matches for this stage are scheduled for October 3-4, 2026.

The first round of the final phase will involve 32 teams: the 18 winners from the second preliminary round and 14 clubs from the First League. These teams will also be split into two pots to determine the 16 matchups.
