Setúbal invests nearly 1 million euros in PSP and GNR facility upgrades

The municipality of Setúbal has launched rehabilitation works on the facilities of the Public Security Police (PSP) and the National Republican Guard (GNR). The investment totals approximately 955,000 euros and aims to improve working conditions and operational efficiency.

The projects include repairing walls and roofs, renewing water, climate control, and telecommunications networks, as well as installing new lighting and security systems. Due to the scale of the work at the 1st Police Division of the PSP on Avenida Luísa Todi, services will temporarily relocate to the former Civil Government building in Setúbal. The works for each building are expected to take 90 days.
