Seth Meyers mocks Donald Trump over White House audio issues

Late-night host Seth Meyers mocked President Donald Trump following an audio failure during a White House ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new helipad. The lack of sound occurred because the White House press pool boycotted the event in response to Trump banning CNN, MSNBC, and Politico from White House coverage.

Meyers joked that the press pool provides the necessary microphones for such events and suggested that the media could act as a “baby monitor” to watch the president without needing to hear his speeches.
