Setia Pearl, a jewelry business founded by Setiawati in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara, is working to expand its Lombok pearl collections into the global market. Established in 2018, the company produces various items including rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and pendants.

Beyond commerce, the business aims to provide employment opportunities for women and individuals with hearing impairments. While facing challenges regarding capital for raw materials and business locations for domestic expansion, Setiawati has utilized export training provided by BRI Peduli. This program has helped the enterprise understand the strategies and preparations necessary to transition from local sales to international markets.
