Settlers attack Palestinian home and farm near Bethlehem

Settlers attacked a Palestinian home and farm in the Al-Minya area near Bethlehem, east of the West Bank, during the early hours of Thursday. The attack occurred in the Jabal al-Qarn region in the presence of Israeli forces.

The Al-Jabarin family reported that settlers stole more than 100 sheep and one vehicle, while damaging another. The attackers also destroyed the home's contents, dismantled the solar energy system used for electricity, and cut the water supply.

During the incident, Israeli forces detained three members of the Al-Jabarin family: Hussein Abdul Aziz Jabarin, Mohammed Abdul Aziz Jabarin, and Sultan Jasser Abdul Aziz Jabarin. The detainees were taken to an unknown location.

According to reports, the area has seen a rise in repeated attacks on residents and infrastructure. Data from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) indicates a high frequency of settler-related incidents in the West Bank, involving property damage and injuries to Palestinians.
