Seven Bangladeshi public universities announce admission test dates

Seven public universities in Bangladesh, including Dhaka University, Rajshahi University, Jagannath University, Chittagong University, Khulna University, and the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), have announced their admission test schedules for the 2026-27 academic session.

Dhaka University will begin exams on December 5 with the IBA unit, followed by Unit A on December 12, Unit B on December 19, Fine Arts on December 22, and Unit C on December 26. Online applications are open from November 11 to November 25.

Rajshahi University will hold exams starting January 8, with Unit B on January 8, Unit C on January 9, and Unit A on January 16. Applications run from November 12 to November 27. To assist students, exams will be conducted across seven divisional cities: Dhaka, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Khulna, Chattogram, Sylhet, and Mymensingh.

Jagannath University's exams start January 1, 2027, with Unit A, followed by Unit E on January 8, Unit B on January 15, Unit C on January 22, and Unit D on January 23. Applications are accepted from November 15 to December 10.

Chittagong University will begin exams on January 29 with Unit C, followed by Unit A on January 30, and various B and D sub-units through February 8. Applications are open from November 15 to December 10.
