Seven-Eleven Japan announces August sales on sushi and snacks

Seven-Eleven Japan has announced several limited-time sales promotions for August 2026.

From August 18 to August 22, the retailer will hold an ‘Onigiri and Sushi Sale’. Customers purchasing two onigiri or sushi items priced at 400 yen or less (excluding tax) will receive a 50 yen discount. If four items are purchased, the discount increases to 100 yen. Eligible products include staples such as tuna mayonnaise hand-rolled onigiri and natto hand-rolled sushi.

Following this, from August 27 to August 31, Seven-Eleven will run a five-day promotion on hot snacks. During this period, American dogs will be discounted from 150 yen to 117 yen, and fried chicken sticks (karaage-bo) will be reduced from 198 yen to 166 yen. This follows a previous three-day sale held earlier in the month.
