SEVENTEEN's Hoshi undergoes successful ACL surgery

PLEDIS Entertainment has confirmed that SEVENTEEN member Hoshi successfully underwent surgery for a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his right knee. The injury occurred while he was rehearsing with the Republic of Korea Army Taekwondo Demonstration Team during his mandatory military service.

Following the procedure on Friday, September 18, Hoshi is currently resting and beginning his recovery process. Due to medical recommendations, he must refrain from physically demanding activities to focus on rehabilitation. Consequently, he will no longer participate in upcoming military-related events, such as the Taekwondo Demonstration Team Event and the Ground Forces Festival 2026. Hoshi is scheduled to be discharged from military service on March 15, 2027.
