Sevilla de Oro Cattle Expo 2026 Draws Over 70 Bovines

On August 1, 2026, the municipality of Sevilla de Oro in Ecuador will host the third edition of the "Sevilla Cuna Ganadera 2026" expoferia at the local stadium. Organized with Ganadería San Ángel, the event will showcase more than 70 bovine specimens competing for top honors based on genetics, conformation, and overall excellence. The exhibition will also feature 30 stands offering gastronomy, agribusiness products, services, technology, and innovation aimed at the agricultural sector.

Victor López Castillo, a noted agronomist and dairy production specialist who has participated in major international dairy shows, will serve as an invited judge. The expoferia is part of the celebrations for the 34th anniversary of Sevilla de Oro’s political emancipation, highlighting the region’s livestock heritage and providing networking opportunities for producers, companies, and related stakeholders.
