Sevilla and Antwerp target player returns in transfer talks

Sevilla FC has emerged as the leading candidate to sign 20‑year‑old Spanish striker Marc Guiu from Chelsea. The Andalusian club has intensified negotiations, offering the forward regular playing time and a role in Luis García Plaza’s youth‑focused rebuild, while five other La Liga sides have also shown interest. Chelsea is reviewing offers, with the possibility of a loan or permanent move still to be decided.

Belgian side Royal Antwerp is reportedly exploring the return of Swiss forward Michael Frey, currently a free agent after a modest spell at Grasshopper Club Zürich. Frey, who previously excelled at Antwerp with 24 goals in 46 games, could provide the physical presence the team needs in attack following the departure of Vincent Janssen. Negotiations may progress quickly given his free‑agent status.
