Sevilla FC prepares for LaLiga return amid rising stadium attendance

Sevilla FC is preparing to return to LaLiga competition following an international break, with an upcoming match scheduled against Levante UD at the Ciudad de Valencia stadium. Manager Luis García Plaza faces tactical decisions regarding the starting lineup, particularly in the defense and midfield.

While most of the squad has returned, Marcao is confirmed as the only absence due to physical issues. The team receives a boost with the return of attackers Rubén Vargas and Lucas Stassin, as well as Chidera Ejuke.

Parallel to the team's on-field preparations, Sevilla is seeing a rise in fan engagement. Attendance at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán stadium has increased compared to the start of the previous season. Data shows that the first four home matches of the current campaign have drawn approximately 3,000 more spectators in total than the same period last year, representing a nearly 2% increase in average attendance.
