Sevilla tranvibús works progress toward September completion

Construction of the new tranvibús line in Sevilla is progressing toward a target completion date of September 28. The project, which aims to connect Sevilla Este to the city center, is currently undergoing intensive work by Eiffage Infraestructuras S.A. to meet the deadline and secure European funding.

Significant progress is visible in Calle Imagen, where new bus shelters are being installed and traditional cobblestone paving has been completed to define the transit platform. The project also includes the installation of communication channels and electrical infrastructure for information panels and charging stations. Additionally, the urban renewal includes the planting of approximately 60 new trees and shrubs along the route.
