Seville launches diverse summer camps for children

The University of Seville’s Vicerrectorado de Servicios Sociales is running the urban “Proyecto Búho” camps for children aged 3 to 12 from 23 June to 4 September. The programmes include themed weeks on animals, puppetry, science and dinosaurs, with daily morning sessions at three university campuses and venues such as the CAAC and the Circulo Mercantil e Industrial. Fees are €20 for the whole term or €73 per week, with discounts for university families and siblings.

The Sevilla Aquarium offers a shark‑focused camp, “Let the Sharks Eclipse You”, for ages 5 to 13. Participants can feed the animals, join scientific workshops and learn about ocean protection. Sessions run in three short blocks (23‑26 June, 29 June‑3 July, 6‑10 July) at €140 per week.

The Club Náutico de Sevilla provides sports‑and‑play camps for ages 3 to 16, priced at €65 for members and €135 for non‑members per week. Additional urban camps include an art‑and‑nature programme in Parque María Luisa run by the Fundación Valentín de Madariaga, and a dance‑camp at One Dance Studio.

Separately, a downloadable summer‑themed activity booklet for the final school days offers puzzles, mazes, word games and colouring pages for children to enjoy at home.
