Sexual Abuse Allegations Prompt Action Against Colombian Actress and Spanish Hospital Director

Colombian actress Valentina Lizcano posted a video recalling that she was sexually abused at age five by the rector of her school. She urged the public not to turn victims' trauma into a meme, saying, “Hay algo de todo esto que me tiene con el corazón apretado…”.

In Spain, the regional health authority Osasunbidea dismissed a senior official of the Hospital Universitario de Navarra after a worker filed a sexual‑harassment complaint. An investigative commission found the conduct could be criminal and referred the case to the prosecutor. Administrative disciplinary proceedings concluded with the official’s termination on 1 July 2026.
