Sexy Fish Dubai expands luxury Japanese dining to DIFC

Sexy Fish Dubai, a Japanese-inspired luxury restaurant located in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), has expanded its international presence from its origins in London’s Mayfair. The establishment focuses on a theatrical dining experience that combines high-end cuisine with dramatic interior design, music, and art.

The menu emphasizes Japanese techniques, featuring sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki, and dishes prepared on a robata grill. Head chef Pedro Coelho, a Portuguese chef with over 14 years of international experience in Michelin-starred kitchens, joined the Dubai outpost in October 2024. Coelho emphasizes a focus on ingredient sourcing and presentation to ensure the culinary offerings match the restaurant’s extravagant environment.
