Seyyed Hassan Khomeini addresses recent conflict and government responsibilities

Seyyed Hassan Khomeini addressed a ceremony where the President and government members renewed their commitment to the ideals of Imam Khomeini. He stated that every war eventually comes to an end and characterized a recent 40-day period of conflict as an honorable struggle that the nation has overcome.

Khomeini emphasized that despite significant external pressures that could have destabilized other governments in the region, the Islamic Republic remained strong and resisted attempts to fragment or dismantle the system. He noted that the population largely supported the revolutionary forces during these challenges.

Furthermore, he criticized experts and politicians who remain silent on truths due to fear or greed, labeling such silence as a form of betrayal or lying. He concluded by stating that while the focus during wartime was defense, the government's current responsibility is centered on the livelihoods and living conditions of the people.
