Sfera Ebbasta faces controversy over stadium marketing stunt
Italian rapper Sfera Ebbasta has faced online criticism following a marketing stunt during the Inter-Napoli football match at San Siro. The artist appeared in a pitch-side box accompanied by ten women, all dressed in black, which sparked significant debate on social media.
According to interviews with participants, the appearance was a coordinated promotional effort by a Milanese agency to launch his upcoming album. The women were hired models tasked with wearing specific attire, using a red icon on social media, and adhering to a non-disclosure agreement. One participant, Elisa Mazzucchelli, clarified that the group was not a circle of friends or romantic interests, but rather a professional work engagement where the models were transported away in vans following the match.
