The Sfânta Treime Municipal Clinical Hospital is celebrating its 50th anniversary. Over the past five decades, the institution has expanded from 15 to 22 clinical profiles and now serves approximately 685,000 people in Chisinau and other regions of Moldova.

During the anniversary ceremony, officials highlighted the hospital's growth and modernization. The facility currently treats 70,000 patients annually, including 30,000 hospitalizations and more than 20,000 surgical interventions. It houses the National Center of Toxicology and the primary center for cerebrovascular accidents, while also providing services in hemodialysis and interventional cardiology.

The Chisinau City Hall reported that it has invested 110 million lei over the last six years into the hospital's modernization. These funds were used for building rehabilitation, capital repairs, energy efficiency, facility expansion, and the procurement of medical equipment. The hospital also serves as an academic hub, hosting 18 university clinics and 87 academic staff members.
