SG Bruchköbel emphasizes community role through youth sports and club events

The sports club SG Bruchköbel has recently highlighted its community impact through political engagement and local festivities. CDU Member of Parliament Pascal Reddig visited the club to observe youth football training and discuss the importance of club work with President Martin Wilhelmi and the board. Reddig emphasized that youth work in such clubs fosters social cohesion, teamwork, and responsibility, noting that the efforts of volunteers are the backbone of these organizations.

Additionally, the club’s handball department hosted its annual ‘Family & Friends Day’ at the Dreispitzhalle. The event featured test matches from youth teams, including the male A-youth and various junior divisions, alongside community activities such as a photo booth and a bouncy castle. The festival served to bring together members, families, and sponsors to prepare for the upcoming season.
