Sgt. Frog anime announces new cast and theme songs for 2026 premiere

Bandai Namco Pictures has released a second promotional video for the upcoming TV anime ‘Sgt. Frog’ (Keroro Gunso☆), which is scheduled to begin broadcasting on the TV Tokyo network on October 3, 2026.

The announcement includes five additional characters and their voice actors: Yuki Sakakibara as Fuyuki Hinata, Mitoku Fujidera as Natsumi Hinata, Sumire Morohoshi as Momoka Nishizawa, Hiiro Ishibashi as Mutsumi Kijou, and Kako as Koyuki Higashidani.

Musical themes have also been confirmed. The opening theme, ‘Kirai nochi Suki!’, will be performed by ano, while the ending theme, ‘Himitsu no Panorama’, will be performed by the rock band PURPLE BUBBLE. The series will be available for streaming on various platforms, including Hulu, U-NEXT, and Disney+ Star, following its initial broadcast.
