Sgurgola: Man reported for violating house arrest

A man approximately 50 years old has been reported to judicial authorities for violating house arrest in Sgurgola. Carabinieri officers identified the individual on the street in front of his residence around 07:45.

The man was serving a restrictive measure related to the ‘Codice Rosso’ legislation. Following the discovery of the violation, the case was referred to the competent judicial authority for further action.
