Shadowfax Technologies records record Q1 profit and raises FY27 revenue outlook

Shadowfax Technologies, a Bengaluru‑based third‑party logistics operator, reported a net profit of Rs 65.4 crore in Q1 FY27, an eight‑fold increase from Rs 8 crore a year earlier. Revenue rose 65 % to Rs 1,358 crore, and order volume grew 83.3 % to 24.7 crore shipments. Express parcel revenue grew 87.3 % YoY and hyper‑local revenue 53 % YoY. The company expanded its operating space to 53 lakh sq ft and added pin‑code coverage, reaching 10,000 pin codes for its Prime Large segment within the quarter.

On the earnings call, Shadowfax raised its FY27 revenue growth guidance to 38‑40 % from the earlier 28‑30 % target. CFO Praveen Kumar said the outlook is supported by tailwinds in hyper‑local, e‑commerce/express and quick‑commerce segments. Prime Large revenue jumped 170 % YoY to an annual recurring revenue of about Rs 75 crore, and the company set a new target of 12,000 pin codes for FY27.
