Shah Rukh Khan announces UNIFYD music festival in Abu Dhabi

Actor Shah Rukh Khan has announced the launch of UNIFYD, a new music festival scheduled for March 20, 2027, at Etihad Live on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. Curated by Khan, the one-day, multi-stage event aims to bring together audiences from India, the Middle East, and the global South Asian diaspora.

The festival lineup features prominent Indian musicians including Arijit Singh, Karan Aujla, and Sonu Nigam, with a total of 15 artists expected to perform. The event marks Khan’s expansion into music festival curation. It is produced by D’YAVOL Live and District, in collaboration with Miral and the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, and in association with Emirates NBD.

Organizers have indicated that while the inaugural edition will be held in the United Arab Emirates, the festival has global ambitions to expand into other cities and markets in the future.
