Shah Rukh Khan renovates Mannat bungalow in Mumbai

Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic sea-facing bungalow, Mannat, located in Bandra, Mumbai, is currently undergoing significant renovation and redevelopment. The project, managed by producer Anand Pandit’s firm, includes adding floors to the rear portion of the property.

To facilitate the expansion, which is expected to increase the built-up area by approximately 616.02 square metres at an estimated cost of Rs 25 crore, the actor has reportedly sought permission from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority for a vertical extension. In addition to Mannat, Pandit’s firm is also working on the redevelopment of the actor’s first Mumbai residence, Shree Amrit Society.

During the construction period, Shah Rukh Khan and his family—including Gauri Khan and their children Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam—have temporarily relocated to luxury duplex apartments at Puja Casa in Pali Hill, Bandra.
