Shaki recreation center accident claims two lives

Two individuals, 27-year-old Ucal Bayramov and 31-year-old Coşqun Məmmədov, died following a fatal accident at the ‘Şəki Yaylası’ recreation center in Shaki, Azerbaijan. The incident was caused by the breaking of a cable.

Ucal Bayramov, a developer at the DOST Agency and a graduate of the Academic Zarifa Aliyeva Lyceum, was reportedly visiting Shaki to celebrate his first wedding anniversary. He was a computer engineering graduate from the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, described by peers as a highly skilled IT professional and a dedicated worker.
