Shanghai AI firms Yiyun Tech and Lingrui ZhiXin raise funds to advance marketing and RISC‑V chips
Shanghai‑based Yiyun Tech (绎云网络科技) announced an 8 million yuan angel round to expand its AI‑driven, end‑to‑end marketing platform. The funding will be used to upgrade AI algorithms, broaden the product suite, grow the R&D team and roll out services to enterprises across China. Founder Liu Mingyuan said the round reflects market confidence in the company’s AI marketing model.
At the same time, Shanghai’s Lingrui ZhiXin Computing Technology secured several hundred million yuan from a consortium of investors, including Zhangjiang Hi‑Tech and other venture firms. The capital will accelerate development and mass production of its high‑performance RISC‑V CPU, the P100 v1, which supports dynamic multi‑threading (SMT4) for AI‑agent workloads. The company aims to fill a domestic gap in ultra‑high‑performance RISC‑V chips and build an autonomous AI computing ecosystem.
