Shanghai hosts International Youth Art Exhibition

The “Youth Painting Contest” International Youth Art Exhibition has opened at the Art Museum of Heping Park in Shanghai. Under the theme “Painted Together in Shanghai, Art Inspires Sister Cities,” the event features works from nearly 100 Chinese and international young artists from Shanghai and Jiangsu.

The exhibition showcases talent from international schools in Shanghai and selected entries from the “Youth Painting Contest” collected globally. The event includes dialogues between art teachers regarding “Eastern and Western Aesthetic Education,” integrating international education with traditional culture and intangible heritage. The exhibition aims to expand international artistic exchange and support cultural co-building within the Yangtze River Delta.
