Shania Twain launches 'Little Miss Twain' album with SiriusXM concert in NYC and intimate Toronto bar show
Country‑pop icon Shania Twain promoted her seventh studio album, Little Miss Twain, with a multi‑city rollout. On July 23 she debuted Little Miss Twain Radio, a pop‑up SiriusXM channel (satellite 105, streaming through August 22) that plays every track from the new 15‑song record and classic hits, plus interviews and guest‑artist selections. The launch concert was held at Racket NYC on the same day, featuring performances of new songs such as “Stranger Things” and “Little Miss Twain” with guest artist Tanya Tucker.
Later that week Twain fulfilled a long‑standing personal goal by playing Toronto’s legendary Horseshoe Tavern, a 500‑seat dive bar on Queen Street. The 75‑minute set mixed her biggest hits with new album cuts, and included personal stories about her northern Ontario upbringing. Tickets priced at $40 sold out within minutes. The intimate gig marked the first time the Grammy‑winning singer performed at the venue, underscoring the personal tone of the album’s promotion.
