Shaquille O'Neal to perform at UVA and Penn State student events

NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal, performing under his DJ Diesel moniker, is scheduled to headline student music events at two major universities in late August.

At the University of Virginia, O’Neal will perform a free concert for students at O-Hill on August 29, prior to the football season opener against NC State. Students must present a ticket for the NC State game to attend the event.

At Penn State University, O’Neal will headline the sixth annual ‘LightsUP’ festival on August 28. The event, held on the HUB Lawn, will also feature the indie pop duo Between Friends. The festival is free for all University Park students.
