Sharjah resident wins Dh5 million in UAE Lottery

A 59-year-old Sharjah resident and Indian national named Kishore has won the Dh5 million second prize in the UAE Lottery’s Lucky Day draw. The win occurred during the October 3 draw after Kishore matched all six numbers in the ‘Days’ section.

Kishore purchased his winning ticket for Dh50 via the official UAE Lottery platform using the ‘Easy Pick’ option, which automatically generates numbers for the player. Upon seeing his name in the news, Kishore stated he initially doubted the result until he verified it through his lottery account.

The Lucky Day draws are held every Wednesday and Saturday. While Kishore secured the second prize, a Dh30 million grand prize remains available for players who match all six ‘Days’ numbers along with the ‘Lucky Month Number’. The UAE Lottery is regulated by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA).
